At Jager Rijschool, we focus on helping students become safe, confident and independent drivers. Every lesson is tailored to your experience level, learning pace and personal goals. Lessons are given in a Ford Focus (2023) with manual transmission, providing a comfortable and reliable learning environment.
Jelle Jager was born and raised in Brazil, is the son of Dutch parents, and speaks Lessons in English, Dutch and Portuguese. His lessons are patient, clear and adapted to each student's needs.

Lessons are individual, usually last two hours, and are adapted to your experience. The first trial lesson helps Jelle evaluate your driving level and estimate how many lessons you may need.
Prepare for the Dutch practical driving exam with route practice, special manoeuvres, feedback and support. The same car used in lessons is used on exam day.
The theory exam is booked directly through the CBR. It can be taken in Dutch or English, or with an official interpreter for Portuguese speakers.
Lessons can be given in English, Dutch or Portuguese, so you can learn with clear explanations in the language that feels most comfortable to you.
Service areas
Jager Rijschool serves Alphen aan den Rijn, Nieuw-Vennep, Hoofddorp, Haarlem, Hillegom, Leimuiden and Lisse. If you live outside these areas, a convenient meeting point such as a train station can be arranged.
